In research and development, there are usually many unknowns, and we must be open to new ideas and new approaches to solutions.  As individuals we all only have limited experiences and that our imagined solutions to certain problems may not be the best.


One of our Philosophy pillars is that Molten-Labs is designed to be as frugal as possible in all things, with the exception of remunerating our team-mates.  We believe in being generous with our people, and then expecting a higher standard.  It is because of our frugality in all other areas that we can afford the best people.
