• believes in data-driven decisions, to allow data to lead but not decide.

• believes in "introvert rights", in fact, we believe that introverts have a great deal to offer.

When there is a technical issue championed by two people, we believe that these "opponents" should design an experiment together.  This is an effective way to figure out a solution and communicating when there is gridlock on a problem.  It works by two leaders of opposing factions getting together and designing an experiment to gather the data to answer the core problem.  The two must work together and agree to the resulting data as binding.
