We believe in:

  • Employee psychological safety. That the three hardest phrases for a knowledge worker to say: “I was wrong”, “I made a mistake” and “your idea is better”.  Our team-mates have to be “psychologically safe” in order to say these phrases.  
  • Being respectful of our team-mates and their ideas (we stole the idea of saying “yes, and ...” rather than “No.” from improv.)
  • Good hiring and that we should try to weed out potential employees suffering from the "Not Invented Here" syndrome.
